Why am I logged out?

If you have been logged out of your account, here are the most common reasons why this might happen:


1. You haven’t opened the app for a while


To keep your account secure, login sessions don’t last forever.


  • Your session stays active for 8 days after each login
  • After that, the app can keep you logged in when you open it again
  • This can continue for up to 120 days (4 months)


=> As long as you open the app at least once every 120 days, you will stay logged in. If you don’t open the app for more than 120 days, you’ll need to log in again.


2. Network or temporary system issues


In some cases, you may be logged out earlier than expected due to:


  • Unstable internet connection
  • Temporary system issues
