If you see this message when trying to activate your voucher code, here are the three most common reasons why and what you can do about it.
1. Incorrectly Entered Code
Action: Double-check the code you entered.
Details: Make sure you've entered all characters correctly and haven't missed any. Pay special attention to common mix-ups, like the number '1' and the letter 'l' (lowercase L), or the number '0' and the letter 'O' (uppercase O).
2. Code Was Already Activated (Redeemed)
Action: Verify if you or someone else has already used the code.
Details: Activation codes are one-time use. Once the subscription is successfully activated, the code becomes permanently invalid and cannot be used again, even if the subscription is still active.
3. Code Has Expired
Action: Check the expiration date on your voucher or email.
Details: All voucher codes have an expiration date. If your code has passed this date, it is no longer valid.
