ELSA Speak offers two primary subscription tiers: ELSA Pro and ELSA Premium. Premium subscriptions are at a higher tier than Pro, with more benefits.
Subscription Display Priority
The ELSA application is designed to prioritize and display the Premium subscription plan first for new purchases and upgrades.
Handling Multiple Subscriptions (Pro & Premium)
If you purchase a Premium subscription while you still have an active Pro subscription, your subscriptions are handled as follows:
1. The existing Pro plan is automatically paused immediately upon the activation of the Premium plan.
2. The Premium plan becomes the active plan and runs until its expiration date.
3. Once the Premium plan expires (and is not renewed), the previously paused Pro plan will automatically become the active subscription on your profile.
