Understanding Subscriptions:
There are 2 different types of subscriptions in ELSA: Renewable and Non-renewable subscriptions.
Renewable Subscriptions
Definition: These plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., yearly, quarterly, or monthly).
Purpose: They ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the service without manual re-purchase.
Examples: Our yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans are all renewable.
Non-Renewable (One-Time Payment)
Definition: These plans are activated by a single, one-time payment or a voucher code and do not automatically renew in the next cycle.
Purpose: They grant access for a fixed term or permanently (in the case of Lifetime plans) without subsequent recurring charges.
Examples: This category includes Lifetime Pro, Lifetime Premium, Conversation Bundles, and any plans activated by voucher codes.
What you can expect after canceling your Renewable subscriptions
After canceling the subscription, your subscription/free trial will remain active until the indicated expiration date. In addition, you will no longer be charged on the next billing date.
Example: If you subscribed to a monthly Premium subscription on November 1st, 2025. Then, you cancel the subscription on November 2nd, 2025. The monthly subscription is active until the last day (November 30), and the account will return to free after this date. Additionally, you will not be charged for the next cycle after November 30.
Canceling a subscription does not mean the money will be refunded. If you’d like to request a refund for the payment made, please visit this page and follow the instruction: https://elsanow.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/folders/31000122584
Deleting your account or deleting the ELSA app does not mean the subscription is canceled automatically.
Purchasing a new subscription does not mean the current subscription is canceled automatically.
