There are two ways to purchase an ELSA subscription, and your cancellation process depends entirely on where you bought it. You must follow the correct instructions for your platform to ensure you could cancel the subscription successfully.
How to Tell Where You Subscribed:
Look at your payment receipt OR the email of subscription confirmation.
If the receipt/confirmation email is from Apple, your subscription is an In-App Purchase from Apple -> Cancel from Apple ID
- If the receipt/confirmation email is from Google, your subscription is an In-App Purchase from Google -> Cancel from Google Console
If the receipt/confirmation email is from ELSASPEAK.COM, your subscription is a Website Purchase -> Cancel from ELSA Web portal.
