Whether you are applying for your first job or aiming for a senior leadership role, Interview Coach provides step-by-step guidance to support your progress. It combines structured learning, realistic mock interviews, and detailed performance analytics to help you build the confidence to succeed.

1. Set Up Your Profile
Before you begin, you will be asked a few questions to personalize your experience. Only two fields are required to get started:
- What role are you interviewing for? - the position you are applying for
- What industry? - the field you are interviewing in
- What company? (optional) - the specific company you are targeting
Once filled in, tap Continue to begin your personalized interview practice.
2. Three Ways To Practice:
Inside the Mock Interview, you will first choose a question category to focus on. There are three groups to select from:
Introductions and motivation questions Practice introducing yourself and explaining why you are interested in the role or company |
Experience and role-fit questions Demonstrate how your background and skills match the position you are applying for |
Decision-making and scenario questions Show how you think and handle real workplace situations under pressure |
