Checking Your In-App Subscription (Apple/Google Play)

To check your ELSA Speak subscription details, including the price and renewal date, please follow the steps for your device below:

Note: If you purchased your subscription through our official website, please note that it will not appear in your Apple or Google Play subscription lists. So this instruction below does not apply to your account. Y

For Apple (iOS) users

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top of the screen.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Find and tap ELSA Speak from the list.

5. Here, you can see your current plan, the renewal price, and the next billing date.

For Google (Android) users

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your Profile icon at the top right corner.

3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Select ELSA Speak from your active subscriptions.

5. You will see the price you are being charged and the renewal date at the top.
