The user accidentally deleted their account.

Question: 

When I started the lessons, I realized the lesson themes were not suitable for me. Since there was no option to change them, I deleted my account and created a new one using the same Google account and email so I could continue learning with the correct vocabulary. However, the app reverted to free mode and requested payment again.


Solution:

If users would like to change the learning path, they could follow these instructions instead of deleting the account.

  1. Tap the dropdown icon at the top of the page.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update the information for your learning path as needed.
  4. Tap Save. ELSA will then generate a new learning path based on your updated selections.


Because users cannot restore their data after they delete the account. 

Users need to provide us with a receipt of payment. ELSA will check and assist them.
