The user successfully purchased via Apple Store, but the account is still free

Question:

I purchased an Elsa Speak Premium subscription through my Apple Store, but my Premium access is not active.


Solution:

Guide the user to restore the purchase following the instructions:


  • Go to Profile > Click “Upgrade” > On the paywall, look for the text “Restore” and click on it.
