This instruction is applied to accounts that were registered with email and password only.
Step 1: Log out of the current account in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Logout. Or you can delete and re-install the app to return to the initial login screen.
Step 2: Open the ELSA app > On the login screen, choose Login or Sign Up > Continue with Email (2) > Enter the email and password to log in to your account.
If you forgot your password. Click the button "Forgot password?" (3) to receive an email for reset your password.

Open your email inbox to find an email containing the link to set a new password. Make sure to check spam if you cannot find this email.
