This instruction is applied to accounts that were registered with Facebook account only.Step 1: Log out of the current account in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Logout. Or you can delete and re-install the app.
Step 2: Open the ELSA app > On the login screen, choose Sign in with Facebook/Facebook Icon.
You will need to complete 2-step Verification to login to your Faceaccount. Simply follow the instructions on your screen.
Once you have logged in, go to your Profile to check if you are in the correct account with the paid plan, check the subscription tier and the login email in Profile Settings.
