Send a request to support@elsanow.io. Provide us with the following information:
1. The NEW email to change into (must be one that is not registered on any ELSA account currently).
2. The receipt of payment as proof of account ownership.
Note: We recommend using a personal email address for your ELSA account. Group or company emails may have security restrictions that could prevent you from receiving important account updates or password reset links.
