Scenarios: The user reported that the app keeps loading/crashing/voice recognition.  

Question: I’ve recently been experiencing significant delays when using the ELSA Speak app.


Solution: 


Please try all of this and inform me if the issue still persists.

1. Could you please first try switching your network? For example, if you had been connecting to WiFi, kindly switch to 3G / 4G; if you had been connecting to 3G / 4G, kindly switch to WiFi to see if there is any improvement in loading speed.

Please visit this website https://fast.com/ to check your Internet connection, as ELSA runs smoothly at 25Mbps at least. (Video lessons require a higher Internet speed, ~40Mbps).

2. If the above does not work, kindly try re-installing the app to see if it helps. Please rest assured that your progress will be saved.


3. Disconnect all Bluetooth devices from your phone if any. 


4. For Android users, could you kindly clear the cache of our app in your Phone Settings? Please refer to the instructions below:
  • 1. Go to Settings and choose Apps
  • 2. Choose Elsa Speak
  • 3. Choose Storage 
  • 4. Clear Cache
Please do let us know if there is any improvement after trying some steps!
