Question: 

  1. I need to upgrade my subscription, but my Apple account has been declined
  2.  I can't subscribe to your app
  3. I tried multiple times to purchase the premium version of your application to take advantage of the annual subscription discount. Unfortunately, every attempt ended in failure, and I kept encountering an issue like the one in the attached screenshot.
  4. I am trying to upgrade ELSA to premium by using "NUT" code. 


Solution

Ask for a screenshot or video where the issue occurs.
