For English:

  1. Email: support@elsanow.io – ELSA usually responds to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
  2. Live chat on the Facebook page: ELSA Speak. We will support replying to messages from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT +7), Monday to Friday.

For Thai:

  1. Email: support@elsanow.io – ELSA usually responds to you within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, and holidays).
  2. Live chat on the Facebook page: ELSA Speak Thailand. We will support replying to messages from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT +7) (excluding Sundays, and holidays).

For Indonesian:

  1. Email: support@elsanow.io – ELSA usually responds to you within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, and holidays)
  2. Live chat on the Facebook page: ELSA Speak Indonesia and Whatsapp. We will support replying to messages from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT +7) (excluding Sundays, and holidays).

For Traditional Chinese:
