Forgot your Password?

Note: Only accounts that were registered with email and password can reset the password. For accounts registered with Google, Facebook, Apple, SSO, you cannot reset the password.

Reset password in ELSA app:

1. Choose Login or Sign up
2. Continue with Email
3. Enter the email of your ELSA account into the box. 
4. Click “Forgot Password”
5. Enter the email. A link to reset the password will be sent to this email.
   
   

6. Open the email of ELSA account and look for the email from ELSA with title “Reset ELSA Account Password“. Check Spam/Promotion inbox in case you have not received this email.
7. Click the link to be directed to a website. From there, enter the new password 2 times and click “Set password”.
