If your ELSA account was registered by Facebook/Google/Apple ID, and now you would like to change the login method to Email and Password, without using Facebook/Google/Apple to login.
Please provide us with the following information as below:
1/ Your receipt of payment (if your account has an active subscription).
2/ A new email that you would like to change into. This email must be a NEW email that has never been used to create an ELSA account before.
3/ Your ELSA account's user ID. See the instruction below to get the User ID.
We will review the information you provided and change the login method from Facebook/Google/Apple ID into login by Email and password. Please note that this change cannot be reversed after it was done.
