Scenario 1: You have previously activated this code with your Email / Facebook account and wish to reactivate on another device. According to Elsa's policy, each activation code is only valid for 1 use, so you will not be able to re-activate the code. You just need to log back into the correct account to continue using it.


Scenario 2: You have previously activated this code with your Email / Facebook account and wish to activate it on another account. Unfortunately, the application does not currently support students to transfer their registered Pro account to another account. Please send your support request to support@elsanow.io for assistance.
