If ELSA is having trouble hearing you, try the following
- Make sure you permitted ELSA to use the Microphone
- From your Android phone, open the "Settings" app -> Go to "App and select ELSA" => Tap App Permissions on the App Info screen. => You will see a list of permissions the app requests. Tap the toggles to ON.
- Make sure you have the latest version of ELSA. Go to your App Store/ CH Play and click on Update.
- Make sure your internet connection is good. Wifi might be down. Cell phone coverage might be low.
- If you did the steps above and it still doesn't work, please try these:
- Could you please first try switching your network? For example, if you had been connecting to WiFi, kindly switch to 3G / 4G; if you had been connecting to 3G / 4G, kindly switch to WiFi to see if there is any improvement in loading speed.
- Please visit this website to check your Internet connection as ELSA runs smoothly at 25Mbps at least. (Video lessons require a higher Internet speed ~40Mbps).
- If the above does not work, kindly try re-installing the app to see if it helps. Please be reminded that the graph in your Progress / Coach tab will reset after re-installation. However, you may rest assured that your progress will be saved.
